Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the PoseLab app. By using PoseLab you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who provides PoseLab

PoseLab is provided by Dhaval Dabhoya ("we", "us"). Contact: svastsys.tech@gmail.com.

2. What PoseLab is

PoseLab is a free photography app that suggests poses, shows a guide in the camera and helps you match it. Pose suggestions and match scores are guidance only; results depend on your camera, light and surroundings.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use PoseLab. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.

4. Your account

You can use PoseLab as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for your sign-in account. You can delete your PoseLab account at any time in the app's Profile.

5. Your photos

Photos you take with PoseLab are yours. They are stored on your phone and we don't receive them. You are responsible for the photos you take and share — respect other people's privacy and the rules of the places where you shoot, and ask before photographing others.

6. Stay safe

Look around before you pose. Don't take photos in dangerous places (roads, cliffs, edges, water, heights) or while driving. You use the poses at your own risk.

7. Our content

The pose photos, names, tips, drawings and design in PoseLab belong to us or our licensors and are provided for your personal use in the app. Don't copy, sell or redistribute them outside the app.

8. Ads and locked poses

The free version of PoseLab is supported by ads. Some poses can be locked until you watch a short video ad; a pose you unlock stays open on that phone for a limited time. Saving a photo may ask you to watch an ad once per camera session. If no ad is available, the pose or save goes ahead anyway. How ads use data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8a. PoseLab Pro (subscription)

PoseLab Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, weekly or yearly. Pro removes ads, opens every pose and saves photos without the PoseLab watermark. The prices for your country are shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment: charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends if your plan has one.
• Free trial: if a plan offers one, you are not charged during the trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling: in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Restore: on a new phone, use "Restore" on the PoseLab Pro screen with the same Apple ID.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse PoseLab: don't try to break, reverse-engineer or overload the app or its servers, get around ads or locks with tools, or use it for anything unlawful.

10. Changes and availability

We may update PoseLab, add or remove poses and features, or stop offering it. We try to keep it working, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of photos stored on your phone (keep copies of photos that matter, for example by saving them to Photos). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

12. Apple

If you downloaded PoseLab from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.

13. Ending use

You can stop using PoseLab at any time by deleting the app (and your account, if you made one). We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use PoseLab after a change means you accept the new terms.
